Renovating a seventeenth century apartment in the heart of Amsterdam

For this project I was asked to design the layout of this historical apartment. From hand picking the tiles to creating a lighting plan, everything was carefully chosen.

Complete Renovation
Every detail was well thought through for this project. The goal was to give the apartment its old charm back by exposing the century old wooden structure and opening up the ceilings.
Creating a warm yet modern home
Apart from giving the apartment its old Amsterdam charm back, we wanted to create a warm home. A home to truly feel comfortable in whilst being in the midst of the vibrant city center.
